Zaredarte.ro reserves the right to refuse the delivery of products/ services displayed with erroneous prices that do not fit within the company’s pricing grid. In such a case, you will be contacted to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. We also reserve the right to modify or update the Terms and Conditions and the offer at any time, without prior notice, as well as to correct any omissions or display errors resulting from typing mistakes or lack of accuracy. Such errors do not oblige Zaredarte S.R.L. to any action.

The website may be used exclusively for information and for purchasing products (artworks and materials for artistic creation). Access is at your own risk.

We make every effort to ensure that the information displayed is correct and up to date. However, there may be typing errors or slight differences in tone between the images and the actual product, caused by artistic techniques and device settings. Such differences do not represent a lack of conformity and do not incur liability for the merchant.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website and we are not responsible for malfunctions, order processing delays, or issues caused by third parties (couriers, internet providers). Any attempt at unauthorized access, fraud, or compromising the system’s security entails civil and/or criminal liability, in accordance with the law.

If you create an account, you are required to provide real, accurate, and complete data. You are responsible for keeping your login data confidential and for all activities carried out through your account.

Rights over artworks

The products sold (icons, artworks, and other handmade creations) are original works, protected by copyright, and belong to the artist. Purchasing a work transfer only ownership of the physical object, not the copyright over the image of the work. The moral and patrimonial rights remain with the author.

Use of artwork images and licenses

The images of the works may be used only for personal viewing. Any reproduction, publication, distribution, modification, or use for commercial or editorial purposes requires the written consent of the author. For use in publications, exhibitions, or promotional materials, a license is mandatory; the conditions (duration, territory, purpose, remuneration) are established through a separate contract.

Product quality

Our guarantee: the delivered products meet the quality standards of Zaredarte.ro. If a product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a refund. Details are available in the Return Policy.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out within Romania, by courier, to the address indicated by you; therefore, please provide complete and correct data. Shipping costs are included in the displayed price of each product on the site. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days for products in stock, while for made-to-order products, delivery is within up to 30 days. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We also deliver outside Romania; in this case, shipping costs and delivery time are agreed upon with our team after the order is placed and will be fully borne by the customer.

Payments

Payment can be made by card. Zaredarte.ro uses a third-party payment processor; we do not request or process your card details.
